Rotten Checkers fleurdal beef steaks

Fact that we went to Checkers hyper in Bloemfontein fleurdal yesterday 7 Sept with my husband to buy a few items and we added the steak for 159 , it was 3 steaks. And mind you me I was going through the pile and saw the other two had a brownish discolor and saw this one was all red , we chose the better pack only when we got home the third piece was rotten and brown underneath so they just flipped and showed the red side. We tossed that into the bin and cooked the rest only to have a foul smell and when I tasked it it was rotten too. Why do you guys do this zyes maybe I could have seen the price and made my conclusions there but why pack rotten meat in your beef fridges . Why not toss that away . I wish I had not bought meat here you guys don't take consumers health serious
