Rotten cake

I recently bought a cake only to find out its rotten, it has green mould and smells. But the date on the cake was dated for the cake to be rotten in 3 days time. I arrived home and cut a slice and it was hard to eat it only to realize that it's rotten, I had to drink milk cause the cake came back to my throat to remove the stick and the cake from my throat. I had to drive back to the mall and return the cake.
