Rotten bread yet expiry date it's not due yet

Good day I bought 4 loaves of bread Thursday but were all rotten yet expiry date is the 16th. Only realised after eating slices that it is rotten. Rather disappointed. Does checkers not do checks on their food?? Worse I can't complain on their page. It keeps giving an errorwhen I try to submit complaint.
