Rotten Attitude

Do you people conduct training on your staff on behavioural conduct? Highly doubt it. So yesterday I went to checkers in such a rush after work to get my monthly shopping done, it so happened that the store closed while I was still inside finalising my shopping. The attitude I was met with from the cashier and her colleague was appalling to say the least, they went on about how they don't have cars and the worst had to be when my groceries were been thrown across the counter in efforts to speed up the process. Despite the ********** service i was getting, I felt so bad that I ended up offering to drop some of the staff members to the nearest taxi rank. So the cashier that I was speaking to with horrible make up and an IQ lower than room temperature gave me such a condescending answer when I asked her where I could drop her off that I ended up thinking that I shouldn't go out my way for someone who has zero courteous and respect. Quite frankly she app**** for the job knowing that one day this kind of incident will arise and she vowed that she was able to provide excellent customer service. I'm very disappointed with checkers mall of the south and will never set foot there again and will ensure that none of my friends and family shop there either. My contribution to the business success may be minute but its a contribution nonetheless and definitely puts food on someone's table... So your arrogant staff member needs to 1. Adjust her attitude, 2 eat some protein fuelled foods to increase her brain power because the words she spits out her mouth indicate that she truly has an IQ lower than room temperature, 3 change her horrible make up, it makes her look untidy, throw in that disgusting attitude she will scare all your clients.
