Rooten Chicken

Good day, I just wanted to bring to your attention that i bought chicken from checkers in fourways last month and it was rooten when i tried cooking it the next day. I posted this on hello peter but never got any feedback from checkers fourways. Please look into this as this is the second time experiencing this problem. I will never buy chicken from you again.
