****** in the store

On friday 3/7/2015 I was ****** with my handbag inside of the checkers store in parow centre cape town. A male dressed as s secruity grabbed my bag and ran,when calling for help from the secruities in the store no one wanted to help me and sent me to managment, when I told the manageress what had happened she said there's nothing she can do and said she cannot see anything on their store camera(without even going to look). I have lost all my valueables incl my my acc cards,I'd book and cellphone.Checkers Parow Center was none the least unprofessional on al levels for treating me a loyal customer , -I am disgusted in Checkers Parow it happend in the store and no empathy or assistance from management
