Actually they don't deserve any stars. My Mom who is a pensioner bought a R250 Telkom voucher only to discover that it has already been used by someone else. Spoke to Checkers management then to Telkom and was told Checkers had to sort it out. We were told there is nothing they can do they cannot help us. They have become just like the Government don't care about there customers and don't care who they ******* even if it's an elderly person. They should be ashamed of themselves. What you sow you will reap. ***** from the elderly and your staff will ***** from you. We eventually gave up trying because you are dealing with people who don't care. R250 might be chump change to them but to us it's a lot.
