Lean mince we bought yesterday at checker long Beach Noordhoek Weight before we cooked 1.550kg After we set the gas braai alight with fat and cooked we weight it again and now 1050kg so 500 grams gone. Label said 10% fat so that should be if all fat cooked out around 150 grams at R79.00 a kg what a *******. Bet same mince is sold in shoprite so poorest of the poor being *******. Checkers you should be a shame. The wors we bought a while ago 89 a kg white with what ever taste like rubush not even our dogs will eat it. So I will say nothing about the rotten smoked hogs that I am still waiting a year later for a rep to phone me. I have taken photos of all so maybe we can get this sorted so we are not ****** from anymore.
