Right of safety violated

I am really disappointed with how the manager of checkers in Heidelberg mall did not take me ad my little sister's matter seriously with one of their trolley collectors violating our right of safety by threatening us on Saturday.I reported it to the manager the same time but he said they will check the footage after two days and didn't even tried disciplining the employee when we walked out the other trolley collectors threatened that they would assault me if I tried anything.I have been a loyal customer of checkers heidelberg mall since 2014 and this is how serious they don't take our right of safety
