Ridiculous

Very disappointed I have ordered platters fro Checkers Century City for my company in Montague Gardens for the past year and I have never been more disappointed. I mailed my order and I get no confirmation or mail confirming they have received my order. I request a bank letter to pay for the platter and I get nothing. I have now called to get a confirmation however, the call has been dropped twice and the time I get through to someone they told me to hold on and leave me like that for 20 minutes. Does anyone work in Checkers Customer Care or do you just like to tell people that someone is in customer care. This is ridiculous
