Rhusay Eksteen at Checkers Hyper Brackenfell

I would like to give praise to the absolutely amazing customer service that I've received from Checkers Hyper Brackenfell employee, Rhusay Eksteen!

Last Thursday, we were completely embarrassed at Checkers Durbanville when we got to the till with a full trolley to pay with a WICode Voucher and 4 people couldn't assist us!

One call to Checkers Hyper Brackenfell and Rhusay Eksteen picked up and calmly said we can just ask for her and she'll assist. We got there the Friday evening and within 1 min, Rhusay Eksteen assisted us and we were able to leave the store satisfied with the smile. She was friendly and knew exactly how to deal with the situation.
