On friday at checkers newmarket alberton my credit card was declined 4 times while it had enough funds. One transaction of R889.33 went through but the incompetant staff argued that is didn't while having prove of an sms stating that it went through. A second transaction of R707 went through which was accepted. Its monday the store opens on weekends and there hasn't been no feedback regarding this till I contacted then and still not getting anything solid regarding the reversal. Kindly train youy *********** staff to comprehend english as its clear they can't read and don't have a clue what they are doing with out money. Can this be wrapped today tired of waiting for jesus to come and resolve this. And who will responsible for the declined transactions of R8.00 multiplke by four, as I am not prepared to pay for them since I had enough funds.
