Repulsive attitude

Honestly i would like to find out wether Checkers as a whole have changed their rules regarding customer service. The service given at Checkers in Cresta Mall is getting worse and worse, don't think calling the manager will help because it seems that if you complain to the manager you are fueling the cashiers further. On many occasion I have been given the most disgusting attitude by the cashiers there ,there are probably about 3 that are actually civil, the rest don't even greet you and always have a nonchalant attitude towards customers. <br> <br> On some occasions when i tried withdrawing money at the tills the cashier would tell me she doesn't have any and completely dismiss me as though i am not even there. Other times you get to the till and they are busy chatting, they will want to finish their conversation first before vaguely acknowledging you. I also once witnessed a cashier exchanging words with a customer at the top of her and the shop was full.<br> <br> The only reason I still go there is because Pick n Pay is right at the back of the mall . I really wish they would move Checkers to the back and bring Pick and Pay further up as Pick and Pay cashiers seem to know what customer service
