replacement of a broken part

I have a food mixer that i bought from Checkers about 2 yrs ago.It was a Platinum ( Checkers brand)..last week while using it the Whisk connection broke off. On Tuesday9June. i went to Checkers Hillcrest and explained to the manager what had happened.. he took apicture of the whisk and the manual and said he would contact head office for me.That afternoon i got a phone call from a lady from head office who confirmed my story and said that she would send me a new whisk. This morning Friday12June a courier delivered my new whisk to my door. 3 days later!!!...amazing service<br> Congratulations to Checkers Hillcrest and Head office for such excellent service.
