Refunds for bad items are also promptly processed without a fuss, within the mobile App, which is easy to use. The missing 5th star is related to their pickers occasionally choosing obviously bruised/damaged fresh produce and the limited selection of products available. If at least the first issue were resolved, I'm certain they'd boost their sales even further.
