refusing to accept credit card for telkom account

Yesterday went to pay Telkom account..... Telkom Newcastle DECIDED to no longer accepting payments so sent to checkers next door to pay. On arrival the checkers staff member took my credit card then didn't appear to know how to operate the credit card machine. After calling all and sundry to help, I was escorted out of the shop and taken to a ATM machine and demanded that the money be taken out of the ATM to pay the account. That is unacceptable as YOU STATE YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. Taking money from an ATM on a credit card is very costly and this service is unacceptable. I will never shop at checkers, your staff is shocking and obviously untrained and unqualified to do the job, and that includes what appeared to be the manager. If you cannot handle the TELKOM account payments then DON'T OFFER THAT SERVICE.
