REFUSED TO USE THE LADIES ROOM

I went to Checkers Sunward Park yesterday from work as usual to buy my kids bread and some stuff that I needed for the house, while shopping I wanted to use the Ladies so bad so I went to one of the staff members and asked her if I may use the Ladies room, she was so friendly and took me to security at the main entrance, security was not there, then she asked one of the male staff about what can she do since security was not there, the guy told us that the toilets were meant for the staff only and then started directing me to the toilets outside of which I know and they were very far. I then ask if I can talk to someone higher they took me to a lady called Onica saying she was a supervisor. I went to ask Onica the same thing, she told me that the toilets were for staff only and gave me directions too. I told her that I was very pressed and that I knew the toilets she was referring me to and that they were far, you could see that the lady couldn't careless, she still told me I can never use the inside toilets and that they were very far too and she just turned around and started talking to her friends. I never felt so humiliated in my life, I just went bought the stuff while hoppi
