Refused to exchange koo product recalled by Tiger brands

I went to Checkers in Empangeni Sanlam center yesterday 28 July and they refused to exchange koo baked beans as recalled by Tiger brands. The way they treated me at first made me feel embarrassed as if i am a suspect of something. They came to me one by one asking me one and the same thing as if they don't understand. The staff also made me unconfortable showing each other about me, and I just stood out there waiting for them to service me me but instead try ended up calling me to go in the management office where I had to explain again what I am here for. It was irritating. They requesting a slip, and I told them that I don't usually keep a receipt of my grocery when ever I do my grocery. They then ended up saying that because of the looting they don't do exchanges without a receipt after such embarrassment of making me look like a fool, they were suppose to tell me the minute I told them about it. When I stated shopping, I was not comfortable at all because the staff were gossiping about me, they were all looking at me. I was really annoyed. Nxaa
