Refused R280 cash withdrawal

Good day<br> <br> I am very disappointing with the type of customer service i received this morning at Checkers. I walked up to the cashier and requested to withdrawal R280. She said to me the bank only comes in at 10am and she does not have money. I asked her to ask the other cashiers but did not bother. She continued to ask the person behind me if she could help. <br> My whole morning has been ruined, i did not even buy what i wanted to buy from the shop. <br> <br> When I asked for her name as she was not wearing a name tag, she said Martha and refused to give me her surname.
