Refusal to reimburse

Computicket advised that the Lionel Ritchie concert in PE was cancelled and that a person could take their tickets to any Checkers for a full refund. Checkers Lorraine's manager refused to reimburse me as I had not purchased the tickets from them even after showing her the email from Computicket. They told me to go to Checkers Metlife Plaza if I want a refund.<br> <br> I was met with friendliness and absolute professionalism at Metlife Plaza - Checkers Lorraine could learn a lot from them.
