Refusal of sma vouchers

<p>Today I purchased R2500 worth of electronic vouchers (WiCode vouchers) from FNB. When it came to paying at the till, the staff refused to process the vouchers as they said it is no longer accepted as payment and only physical vouchers can ve redeemed. How can vouchers be sold at FNB, but refused by their ebucks partner Checkers. The only reason the staff could provide for not processing the payment is that there was a "email" from headquarters stating that they may not do it, but this email could not be provided by the staff. </p> <p> </p> <p>We had to pay cash for the groceries bought and now R2500 groceries cost me more like R5000 in the end. </p>
