Refund ******* Checkers sixty60

On 18 August 2022 I have ordered toys for my son. The delivery was scheduled for 19 August 2022. On the morning of 19 August my husband text me to inform me that only 2 mini's was delivered and not the actual toys as purchased.

When I went on the app the products showed out of stock. I have immediately notified checkers and they promised to refund my delivery fee as well as the money for the products

I was back and forth the whole time with them without success.

Up until today the 13 September 2022 only the R35 delivery fee was refunded and not the R299 for the actual goods purchased.

I don't know what to do with this ******* that is robbing people of their hard earned cash. Bank statements as proof were sent to them showing them that no monies was received. ****ing **********.
