Refund outstanding

Black Friday and rush off to Checkers for \specials"queues are long and winding through the aisles get to the till point and the cashier over charges for 1x3kg Omo Auto @ R 40. I admit did not check the till slip at the time as I was in a hurry to get back to work. Upon checking the slip @ work found the error and went back to the store to ask for a refund and was told by Malcom after various checks that he would have to speak to his area manager and get back to me by Monday 30/11/2015. This has not happened. Tried calling the store 2x and still no luck. I asked if they did not have overhead cameras on the tills then he would have seen what I had purchased as he wanted me to bring back all the goods I had purchased. It was raining and I certainly was not going to do that considering the Black Friday chaos going on. So please Checkers just refund the money. """
