Refund not working - for incorrect product / very poor replacement choice (Religiously offensive? )

I'm allowed to log an issue BUT the "CREDIT MY SIXTY60 WALLET " option button does not work. NO RESPONSE AFTER TWO DAYS I logged the issue.
