Refund not processed and 15% not given back

I bought food over two weeks ago and one item wasn’t included and one was incorrect. I have been asking since for my refund and nothing has happened. Very frustrating. Also why the 15% more to be paid yet it doesn’t get credited on top of items charged for and not delivered. I am very unhappy with this service
