Refund for SkyWise flight

Hello Peter<br> <br> My father in law booked a flight (Skywise) at Checkers Polokwane, from OR Tambo Airport Intl to Cape Town Intl, to fly on the 13 Dec 2015 and return on the 27 Dec 2015. Booking details are as follows, 1 adult and 1 under 12 year old.I CALLED COMPUTICKET NATIONAL AND THEY GUARANTEED ME THAT MY FATHER IN LAW CAN GO TO CHECKERS WITH THE TICKET DETAILS AND HE WILL GET HIS REFUND, BUT when he arrive Checkers they refused to give him the refund for the tickets, the total amount for the tickets is R4930-00. Its very desperate situation to get the refund so that we can rebook another flight for the trip, and its getting late and the tickets are getting expensive by the minute.<br> Contact details : Frans *** or ***. <br> <br> We no longer happy, we want our refund.<br>
