Refund for Order Value

Good day

I have been placing orders via the app through out lockdown. I have been checking my bank statements for June, July and August and no refund has been received to my bank account whenever the money paid exceeded the amount of the order. I have queried this and was told that it would be reversed. The money is now in excess of R5000. My bank is unaware of any refunds from Checkers. Please can someone urgently follow up on this. I am happy to provide my bank statements to show proof of payments made and none received.

Please advise urgently as it is totally unacceptable that my money hasn't been repaid.
