REFUND

<p> Good morning</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I visited the Checkers store on Saturday evening and upon paying for the goods the debit order went off my bank accoutn twice and i got the sms notofication on my cellphone. the cashier told me that the transaction was rejected and i would need to go draw money to pay for thr goods. I did that and the manager said the funds would reflect in ym account a day or 2 later. its almost a week later and nothing has been resolved, I have been to the store on numerous accosion and the mangers keep saying the money will be refunded to me, worst of all when I went there this monring the staff have bad attitudes and are hesitant to call the managers for me. this relly sucks as I now have to go to the store multiple times and ask for my refund as if i owe checkers money when infact they owe me</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont think I will buy goods there again due to poor after sales service</p>
