Refund

I bought tickets from computicket booth at Bram Fischer checkers and the sale did not go through. I was told that the money would be refunded to me but only a portion was refunded back to me, after many calls and physically going to the store using my own money for an issue that was not my problem, I still have not received the amount due to me. The cashier assured me the money would reflect after 5 working days. The money still has not reflected and once again I have to follow up. This is very poor service especially coming from a person who has been nothing but cooperative. I've been promised by every one who picked up the phone on all the occasions that they will follow up and call me and keep in the loop, yet I'm still waiting.<br> <br> Disappointed Customer
