Refund

I bought a gas heater when I returned it on the 15/08 I was told there is no cash to refund me and I should wait. I offered to come back on Sunday 16/08 and I was given the same response ( No cash ) They promised to call on Saturday if cash is available of which hey didn't call me back. they told me they cant refund me on my debit card , they can only do it if it was credit card The cashier then called the manager who gave me bad attitudes , he told me there is no cash to refund me and there is nothing that he can do I have to come back on Monday ( 17/08). is possible a retailer store like this wouldn't have cash ? i will never set my foot in that store again.<br> <br> As a paying customer the should have made efforts on Saturday , besides the efforts the attitude was unacceptable and disrespectful. They have their heater and my money !!!
