REFUND

I'm extremely frustrated with the service I'm getting regarding my refund at Checkers Somerset Square! I withdrew R600 from Standard Bank Instant Voucher at your tellers .There was a system error after I punched in the voucher and pin number and they told me to go Money Market, I get there and they told me the money has been withdrawn. Since that day I haven't received my money and I even brought them proof I got from Standard Bank stating the money was withdrawn at their teller on the exact time the said their system is offline. I have been going to the shop to enquire about my money but everytime there's a different controller or manager and claim to not be aware about my case. I even sent an email to *** but there was no response. Please I need my money Checkers!
