REFERENCE: SC*** - order promised on email 2 times and still I havent received my order or any feedback!

REFERENCE: SC*** I placed and paid for an order with Checkers Foodservice online last week for a function we have tomorrow, on monday the 1st of June I called and emailed and left a msg with the online help. I was emailed back by 2x different people saying that my order will arrive this week still. I still havent received anything. On monday 1 June i received a mail that my order was received by Difedile Serakalala from accounts, and on wednesday i received a mail from Duwayne Pike Sales Manager Checkers Food Services who promised me my order will be delivered on thursday, Thursaday evening a lady called and said i will recieve my order thursday evening still just after 20h. I didnt receive any order, and no one is replying to my emails and no one is calling me back. I must get my order today still. THis is such bad service.
