Recognition of Outstanding Service Checkers Cape Gate I would like to commend Zimasa at the Front desk (Managers)Checkers Cape Gate for her truly outstanding service and dedication.

I went to request for a voucher to be reversed created through the money market account on the app she creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

She was very helpful, attentive, and ready to assist, she contacted the customer care for me, what seemed to be a long process having to send an email by myself to the consultant she was on the call with and waiting until I received an automated response email she remained patient ooh what an experience.

While she could see that the call is taking longer and there were other people requiring assistance from the manager desk she called for a colleague to come help other customers. It showed that she wanted everyone who visit the desk gets a good,fast service!
