Reckless driver

I was driving home with my 3 year old in the car. One of the sixty60 drivers was driving so close and fast behind me when I stopped at the stop street he hit the back of my car. When I got out of my car I asked what he was doing he stared at me. I then asked for his licence he rolled his bike back and drove away.

I followed him to the Bramfisher checkers shopping center. I approached the checkers manager about what had happened he took me down to the bikes where I identified the guy. He immediately started shouting at me saying he didn't hit me being very aggressive. The guy who manages the drivers then came and defused the situation and we assessed the car and no damage was done. HOWEVER these drivers are driving so badly and fast he did not have time to stop a decent distance away from me and then gets abusive when I confront him. I had my 3 year old with me the entire time what if he hadn't stopped ?

This incident took place on 7/7/2020 at approximately 12:35 on **** Marion road RobinDale the driver is located at the Bramfisher checkers. The manager is of the drivers is aware of the situation however I feel there need to be further consequences for this drivers reckless and unacceptable behaviour.
