Received Great Redeeming Service from Caleb

I received great redeeming service from the Checkers 6060 helpline. At first received the most terrible service fron Checkers, Three Rivers Riverwalk. All I wanted to do is find out if they can expand their delivery zone to include our street- perhaps with a small delivery van. We live on a busy commercial street full of large businesses that would appreciate receiving deliveries and would immediately buy from Checkers if it were to be available. Streets with dirt roads around us receive deliveries and we are on the main commercial road however we are out of the delivery zone. The manager refused to talk to me and made me feel like she was evading me. When I called their number again they put the phone down in my ear. When I decided to call the 6060 helpline I had to wait a bit but the man I spoke to was incredibly nice and gave me the time of day. We are 3km outside of the delivery zone and we are on a main road. On our property alone we have 22 residential units that will purchase food from Checkers once a week at least. Thank you so much Caleb for listening to me and my manager and escalating our enquiry. Getting this street in a 6060 zone will be great for us and for Checkers. I really look forward to hearing back from Checkers regarding this.
