Really disappointing service

Really disappointed in the services received after using this app got almost a year. I really enjoyed it until recently... I never received my order, your drivers just hand it over to anyone in the complex and on top of that, having to chase around for a refund. Your customer care team lack empathy... Really unfortunate because I have covid and rely on deliveries currently. Not using this app going forward.
