Really Bad Attitude from Floor Manager

I went into Checkers this morning and purchased an item. It was marked on shelf R39.99 when I got to the till it was rung up as R49.99. I queried this and one of the packers went and checked the shelf. The manger was called by the packer to change the price on the system. All the time the queue is building because there is only 2 tills open. Everyone is staring at me like its my fault. The packer comes back and in Xhosa she tells the cashier the manager is too busy. Which I am sure she assumed I could not understand what she was saying. Eventually the manager came out to assist. She was in one hell of a mood. Did not greet or apologise yet alone actually acknowledge I was even there then walks off in a huff. I asked is she was the manager which the cashier said yes. I was walking out when I thought I am not going to leave it I want to know her name. When I went back in she was in front of the cigarette counter and really mad and shouting at the packer who obviously told her I was not happy with the way in which it was all dealt with. I received a death glare of note while she continued to shout at the poor girl and everything she was saying was relating to my incident.
