Raw Chicken in wraps

Yesterday I purchased a chicken wrap from Checkers on my way to work, the expirey date was dated the 25th of October, so all good from my side. I took a bite of the wrap only to discover that the chicken stripes were raw, I immediately phoned their head office and all I got was a sorry and can we refund you 35 rand. I think this is awful and could have become really serious as eating raw chicken has some nasty bacteria.
