Rats in checkers hyper Gateway

On the 25 August 2018 i was in gateway at checkers hyper doing my grocery shopping and i was extremely mortified that as i was shopping i saw a rat run across the ile i did inform a staff member however he was ******** to what i had said he had even saw the rat himself when the rat ran across again. I am disgusted that such a big store wherr i always purchased groceries have rats and they are ******** about it.... It makes me wonder if these same rats are crawling over the foods at night
