Rather drive to Checkers yourself

Good day I placed an order with Checkers 3 weeks ago, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Nevermind they were late etc that's not the issue, they deducted their 15% and some change for items they had no stock of however I did not get a refund yet. People this is a very useful concept from Checkers but there's no point if you people are taking our monies and not paying it back, if you order from Uber Eats they don't say check with your bank for a reversal they credit you immediately do not make promises you can't keep don't say I'll get my groceries in 60 minutes then it takes 5 hours don't say you charge extra and YOU CAN'T REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY. We are in lockdown and must still be ****** of our hard earned money by a big corporate??? Ridiculous
