Rasist still burning issue

I just went to Raslouw Lifestyle Centre Checkers to get some of the ready made food at the back, over the counter. The lady helped me, and i wanted more food of another sort, she was told by other customers around me there is someone else waiting to be helped. She left me, still standing infront of me, to give attention to the lady next to me, rasist at the best. I went to the Manager, Ria, she said she would sort it out. Just the pount is, I am a customer, why did that happen, to be so rasist in even helping me to just get food, as i do evey time when i am working, at the same Checkers. Because I'm white now today. Shame on you people!!!!!!!!!
