Rain Sim card in women's health magazine

So I bought a women's health magazine with R99. 00 because it markets that you get a rain sim card and it's 7 days free unlimited data, now I've put the sim in my device and it's not working the sim cards me to pay first I use it which is not illustrated on the adverti*****t, so my question is are you guys false advertising with the magazine so that people can buy the sim card via magazine? And please activate the sim card for me.
