****** and theft @ Checkers for 3rd time

<p>3 incidence the last 3 times I went to Checkers in Village Square.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am going to start with the latest incident</p> <p><br />2/7/2016 (+-09:30): Me and my mother (a pensioner) went to VS Checkers to grab some groceries, we ended up 3rd behind two black people, both paid with debit/credit cards both went quickly, then it was our turn, very slow service and doesn't look very happy that we are there, after the looks we get to pay with my mothers Capitec card, the lady tried once and says its been declined, no proof nothing, then try again after looking weird, and declined again. My mother checks her phone and see that the transaction went trough twice, we tell the lady who doesn't really care but after we just stand there another black lady that work there showed up, and immediately saw that the lady and the till disconnected her till unit with her feet, and say it out loud, i then knew it was some kind of **** where they will let the card go through twice and the till system is disconnected so it will not show the transaction, then maybe at the end of the day they will share the profits. (not with the lady that tried to help because she was not suppose to the foot disconnecting technique.) so we left our stuff and went to the bank for a hour and a half on month end to get it reversed. PS: I think the card was suppose to go through the 2nd but she coudnt connect the till intime with her feet.</p> <p> </p> <p>the 1st and second incident:</p> <p><br />i cant remember the dates but it was early this year, both times the same experience, they help black people quickly but when it comes to white people they take there time, on the one incident the lady help all her black customers quick until its our turn, then she will just start chatting to the last person for 5 minutes, we decided that time we are not going to support them and left our trolley at the till and left.</p> <p> </p> <p>please investigate this branch and watch the cameras when white people are at the tills.</p>
