RACIAL, TERRIBLE AND DISREPECTFUL CASHIER& CASHIER MANAGER CUSTOEMR SERVICE

Dear Hello Peter/Checkers Hyper head office. this complaint is regarding CASHIERS in CHecker hyper queens quarter in Queenswood, we really can not stomach the bad service , the disrespect from the cashiers, the disrespect is usually being catered to the Africans, (black customers), it seems as if they were trained not to respect and practice good customer service toward black customers but towards white people they receive a greeting and get assistance in a professional way , most of us leave so frustrated and angry at the disrespect we receive and the managers on duty are as rude as their cashiers,

today being the 1st of Jan, i went to the money market to pay dstv account and Edgar's account, they routed me to the another cashier, her name being "Tshigo Annastacia", she didn't greet, is as if i was bothering her she remained seated and didn't take the card and account number i was holding in my hand ready to giver her, she just looked at it with disgust, mumbling words in her vernac(home) language.

the disrespect from cashiers at queenswood checkers hyper is intense and its been going on since they opened towards the black customers, we donot experience such degrading service, from SPAR, WOOLIES, CLICKS and any other retail shops that are available , we have been residence in Queenswood for many years , and to be disrespected by checkers hyper cashiers, its always stressful for most people to go to checkers because of the service we will receive, when we go to checkers its because we didnt find what you looking for at spar or woolies.

shoprite checkers cashiers was never disrespectful, always helpful and professional in their way.

we are beginning to question the training besides Tshigo, she is not the only one, we kep biting our tongue thinking no it will get better but i see it becoming a norm, if that's her real name who assisted me at 17:17 at the cigarette till.

please look into this, we wont allow a shop that is keen to assist white people and disrespect the black people. we have been residence in that area and pay the same money a white person pays. the cashiers and the cashier managers disrespect and lack of good customer service is an inconvenience and annoying.
