R500 voucher instead of R19000 value exchange

I purchased a R19 000 lounge suite in January. It was on sale and I paid R 130000. I have complained several times. It is damaged underneath. I was initially told that they will exchange the unit. The customer care came back to me recently to say they will give me a R500 voucher. Absolutely not acceptable.
