Queuing Arrangements

Tubatse Crossing Checkers refuses to change their queueing arrangements and it's very uncomfortable for us as clients. Spoke to the manager Robert who confirmed each second customer is complaining about it and owners are refusing to change it. Can this be looked at for customer's satisfaction
