Questioning product quality

I Bought the lightly salted Taits chips...just had it delivered by 60 60 and as I was unpacking, it felt strange and soft with something big inside. When I took it out of the bag, the chips were very soft and bendy, moldy and a solid piece of potato that has pink stuff and mold on it. This was disgusting.

I also bought mince vacuum packed beef and chicken before and I freeze it when it gets delivered and a few days later after defrosting it, to cook it, it's rotten.
