Questioned processes

I live in a complex. I placed an order before 1 and at two it was delivered. First I couldn't find out who signed for it as no driver informed me that they were there. After escalating almost 6 times to customer care with the promise of feedback, still not received I received a personal whatsapp call from the driver, advising me that he didn't have airtime, just hooted and then placed the parcel outside the complex... Outside a complex for anyone on the street to pick up.. How does that even logically make sense. I have wasted a ton on airtime as customer care doesn't phone back. Now I'm without my dinner ingredients as sixty60 needs to internally investigate. How does that logically make sense and why does a driver have my cellphone number to give me a private call after delivery on WhatsApp? No man guys. This is pathetic.
