Quality Ice cream poor!

I bought a 2 liter ice cream from checkers today at Vanderbijlpark Checkers Hypers. The second time I opened the lid the bucket was half full of ice cream? Looks like the ice cream was melted after ice cream went missing. Dont know if this is done delibirate. I always buy two liter ice cream buckets but this makes me very upset. Ice cream went up deas days over the R50 a bucket then to find the bucket is half full?
