Quality gone wrong

I'm very disappointed in the pack of Lovies Nappies I bought a few days ago at checkers in Durban. Most of the pack of Diapers breaks on the side where it must stick my 2 year old is constantly wet. I always use the Lovies Nappies and I never had a problem with it. I tried to phone the Customer Service but no answer.
